Recently, my children
came to Naples for a one week get-away from the cold weather
in Ohio. I booked a trip with Captain Kelly Callahan on
the Cool Beans catamaran for a sunset trip out into the
Gulf of Mexico. My children and I had never done anything
like this, so we did not really know what to expect. I
cannot even begin to express how much we enjoyed our sailing
adventure on the Cool Beans. Captain Kelly was extremely
hospitable, witty and charming. He shared numerous stories
with us about the sites we were seeing and entertained
us with his never-ending humor. One could tell right away
that his knowledge of sailing was beyond compare . . .
what a memorable experience for my children to take home!

My friend and I chartered Captain
Kelly and “Cool Beans” for our friend's 30th
birthday. What a great time we had! We got to see dolphins
come right up to the boat, manatees swimming in a small
lagoon and numerous native birds. Captain Kelly ordered
up the perfect day for sailing. The winds came out the
east which allowed us to sail for hours in the pristine
waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Later in the day, Captain
Kelly beached the boat on a deserted stretch of beach
where we had our birthday celebration.
I would recommend Cool Beans Cruises as a perfect cure
for everyday stresses.

I recently met Captain Kelly as I
was having lunch at the Isles of Capri Marina. Kelly offered
to give me a personal tour of his catamaran and I was
immediately impressed by how clean and roomy it was. I
booked a private Sunset Cruise for me and my wife right
on the spot for the following evening. Our cruise turned
out to be everything that Kelly described and more. It
was a beautiful night with perfect winds for sailing.
Kelly and his First Mate Sharon, both went above and beyond
to make sure we were having a good time. My wife and I
enjoyed ourselves so much that we have referred Cool Beans
Cruises to our friends who have just booked their own
trip. We too will be back for a day sail when our family
arrives in town to join us.

During a recent holiday vacation to
Marco Island with our family, we were referred to Cool
Bean Cruises. When we called Captain Kelly to book a sunset
cruise, we immediately got the impression that he was
eager to please and guaranteed us that we would have a
great time. He did not lie. The evening was wonderful.
We were able to relax and escape from the crowds and enjoy
a night just to ourselves. Our children and grandchildren
even got a chance to swim off the boat, along with Captain
Kelly. In the meantime it gave us the opportunity to get
to know First Mate Sharon who treated us like old friends.
We were so impressed that we booked another sunset cruise
for a few days later. We’ll make sure to book other
charter with Cool Beans Cruises the next time we're in
Florida!

Dear Captain Kelly,
The girls from Pennsylvania wanted
to let you know what a great time we had on your boat
during our vacation. We were looking for something fun
to do other than hanging out on the beach for another
day when we decided to book a day trip on Cool Beans.
The day was perfect for sailing, yet calm enough for
us go swimming off the boat too. Thanks for making our
last day on vacation something that we will never forget.

"Compared
to other sunset cruises, Cool Beans blows them away! ..." |
"Taking a trip onto the water was one of our goals during
our visit to Marco Island, FL. Cool Beans Cruises fit that bill
perfectly, as it is the most cost effective and relaxing way
to view southern Florida from the water, without owning or renting
a boat. The cost of the trips are very reasonable, compared
to what you will spend to take a charter fishing boat out on
the ocean. Compared to other sunset cruises or sightseeing cruises
in the area that do not offer fishing, this blows them away.
Cool Beans offers a smaller, more intimate boating experience
than the large, corporate sightseeing boats. The catamaran is
a gorgeous sailing vessel and allows you to see the ocean and
islands away from the loudspeakers and diesel exhaust of the
advertised tourist attractions in the area. Captain Kelly offers
knowledgeable commentary on the area, and was even able to find
us dolphins to view in the bay. Take the chance to see the real-life
shipwreck that most people only view from the Snook Inn. Overall
this is a great experience for the afternoon tour that we took,
and I'm sure the Sunset cruise is just as wonderful. Also, the
free beer doesn't hurt anything...
